Surrey’s Voluntary Community and Faith Sector (VCFS) survey

As you may be aware, Surrey County Council (SCC) carry out an annual survey to monitor how well the needs of Surrey’s Voluntary Community and Faith Sector (VCFS) are being met by infrastructure organisations such as Surrey Community Action and the local Councils for Voluntary Services (CVSs). For those of you unfamiliar with the term, an infrastructure organisation is one that provides services to other charities and community groups, rather than directly to services users or beneficiaries.

Surrey Community Action, Surrey County Council and the CVSs all see this survey as a very useful tool to gauge how well we are supporting the sector and meeting its needs and where gaps in service provision lie. As such, it is vital to us that as many people as possible complete this survey so that we can demonstrate our value and work out what we need to do better.

Please could you spare some of your valuable time to give us and our CVS colleagues some feedback. It is completely anonymous and takes just a few minutes to complete.

The survey can be found here: and the deadline for submissions is 19 March 2020. It can be completed more than once if you work with multiple partners.

We appreciate that you get a lot of survey requests, but if you value the services you receive from Surrey Community Action and your local CVS, please take the time to complete this survey. We would be most grateful!

Thank you in advance for your help and support for Surrey Community Action and our peers, and for helping to make sure that we are able to provide our services into the future.
