Senior Independent Living Practitioner with supervisory responsibilities
Annual salary: Negotiable (depending on skills & experience)
Full-time (37.5 hours per week, prepared to consider 30 hours per week if required)

The RAD Independent Living Team provide a range of services that enable people to live more independently in the community. We currently have an opportunity available in Surrey in our Independent Living team. The team provides one-to-one and group support to Deaf people including older people and those who have a learning disability and/or mental health challenges.
We are looking for someone who can take our Surrey team into a new phase, working closely with the Operations Manager and other Senior Independent Living Practitioner. If you have experience in a similar role and the skills we are looking for (or transferable skills), a positive attitude and would like to work for an organisation that makes a real difference to people’s lives, please get in touch. We provide training, regular one-to-one supervision sessions, mentoring and peer support.
We also hold regular team meetings when you can get together with your colleagues to share experiences and ideas. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and able to work independently, you will also need to be a car driver, with access to a vehicle. The role requires a flexible attitude to work as this is not a 9 to 5 service.
