Ripley Parish Council has commissioned Surrey Community action to carry out a housing needs survey.
A housing needs survey is an integral part of planning for future housing requirements. It is an independently produced document, which gives an unbiased report of the type, size and tenure of housing which is needed in the community.
Surrey Community Action’s Rural Housing Enabler has have worked with many rural communities to carry out housing needs surveys, many of which have led to the creation of affordable housing schemes across Surrey.
People with a link to Ripley village can find a link to the survey, which closes on 25 September, here.
