Main Entrance
There is a large entrance hall where you are able to welcome guests. Approx. dimensions - 5m (14ft) by 4m (11ft)

Main Hall
The main hall is large, well lit and heated, with a hardwood strip floor which is ideal for party games or dancing. Approx. dimensions - 18m (52ft) by 9m (25ft). The hall is licensed for 238 people but that’s theatre style seating or standing.
Usually the Hall will seat 120 for a meal and leave a small space for a dance area.

The Swallow Room
The Swallow Room can be used for small gatherings or meetings, and if required it can be used in conjunction with the main hall. It is well lit and heated. Approx. dimensions - 9m (25ft) by 6m (17ft).

The Stage
At the end of the main hall there is a fully functioning stage including stage lighting. Approx. dimensions - 9m (25ft) by 3m (8ft).

Kitchen
The Hall has a large, modern and well equipped kitchen with a generous refrigerator and a large gas range and two ovens. Approx. dimensions - 6m (17ft) by 4m (11ft).

The Veranda
Chichester Hall has a beautiful veranda which overlooks the cricket pitch and children's playground. Approx. dimensions - 6m (25ft) by 3m (8ft).

Store
The store room is used for storing tables and chairs which can be used in the hall depending on your required use.

Welcome Area
A light, airy, fully glazed lobby leads into a generous welcoming reception area, complete with coffee bar and cloakrooms.

Centenary Rooms
Beautiful oak doors then lead into the stunning Centenary Rooms, which can be two separate rooms or combined to make a bigger space. The beautiful cathedral style windows represent the Seven Days of Creation and were designed by the University of Creative Arts in Farnham. These, together with the large roof windows create an attractive light and airy space, big enough to host over 100 seated theatre style or 80 seated for dinner.

Kitchen
From the Centenary rooms, a door and a serving hatch provide access to the kitchen with professionally equipped catering facilities.

Courtyard
From the Centenary Rooms there is access to the delightful enclosed paved courtyard. Next to the Centenary Rooms there are more cloakroom facilities.

Grounds
You can also use the extensive gardens and the Song Room for meditation, individual thinking and splitting into small groups when organizing a workshop or conference. The rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and an effective sound system. The gardens are perfect for your photos, and your individual welcome to your guests or colleagues.

Weddings
St Thomas’ can accommodate a wedding reception for up to about 100 guests.

The combination of beautiful grounds, large rooms, a professional kitchen, a stunning outside courtyard, the availability of large circular tables, banqueting chairs, quality china and cutlery make this an enviable venue.

Brambleton Hall
In addition to being a place of worship, Brambleton Hall will be offering a small, user friendly space which would make a lovely venue for children’s parties, family parties and for meetings, and may also appeal to regular groups The kitchen is fully equipped for catering for 50 guests. The Hall is currently undergoing changes to incorporate a new gym. We hope the Hall will soon return to its normal use.

Seale Village Hall is suitable for children’s parties, christenings, wedding receptions, corporate training, club meetings and all manner of community events.

The overall size of the main hall is:

The Unitarian hall can be rented for community activities and private functions.

About the hall
The overall dimensions of the hall are 10.67m x 6m (35ft x 20ft).The Hall
The floor is pine floorboards, sanded and sealed.
The hall has large windows, secondary-glazed for sound and heat insulation.
There is a newly-fitted kitchen, equipped to serve 60 with a light tea. Cutlery and 5 tables with seating are available to serve 40 with a simple meal. A selection of small chairs and tables for children is also available.
Up to 70 can be seated without tables.
There is wheelchair access and a toilet for the disabled.
There are baby changing facilities.

Patrons are asked, if possible, to use the public car park opposite the chapel, adjacent to Wey Court, though there is limited parking in the grounds for around 12 cars (priority given to chapel users and those with mobility problems.)

Thorpe Village Hall has two rooms available for hire:

Main Hall
The Main Hall seats in excess of 80 and has a small stage area. It is suitable for parties, shows / performances, wedding receptions, fitness activities, meetings, exhibitions, community and team events.
A Hearing Loop is also fitted.

Meeting Room
The Meeting Room seats up to 30 and is suitable for small meetings and social events. It can also be used as a reception or changing area for larger events in the main hall.

General Facilities
There is a kitchen (with serving hatch into main hall) for beverages or full catering. It is equipped with an oven, two microwaves, two kettles, a large fridge and a dishwasher. Crockery and cutlery for 50 place settings are also available.
There is on-site parking for 12 cars and a small children’s playground and outside space.
There is wheelchair access to all areas from the car park.
There are Ladies, Gents and Disabled Toilets off the main entrance foyer.

The shared use of toilets, car park and kitchen is included with any room hire.

Main Brook Hall:

The overall dimensions are approximately 33′ by 24′ (10m x 7.5m ).
The maximum usable height of Brook Hall is 11′ 0” ( 3.3m ) – which may be particularly relevant for those wanting to use ‘bouncy castles’.
The Runnymede meeting room:

The overall dimensions are 22′ by 14′ 5″ ( 6.7m x 4.4m )

The maximum licensed capacity of the main Brook Hall is 150 people.
The hall is able to seat 100 people in rows of 10, for performances, shows and entertainment.
When using tables, the practical maximum seating capacity around the tables is approximately 80.
The main Brook Hall has traditional polished wood block flooring on a solid foundation and a raised stage, with backstage area.
Kitchen facilities including hob, double oven, double sink, glasses, crockery and cutlery, fridge and freezer are available.
Tables and chairs are available for users.
Heating is provided by high output gas heaters in the main hall and by electric heaters elsewhere
Free parking for over 40 cars is available in an adjacent local authority car park.

The Beth Payne Hall
Hall number 1 is known as the ‘Beth Payne’ Hall, after our founder. We host many different activities including Zumba, dog shows, weddings, baby showers and even wakes.

The John James Hall
Named after local hero John James who worked hard to raise the money to expand the Centre in the late 90’s, the Small Hall isn’t too small and is beautifully formed.
