The main hall is 9m wide by 27m long and will accommodate up to 113 people seated on 26 tables (145cm x 75cm). It has a large vaulted ceiling room with south facing windows that overlook Grayswood village green and the cricket pitch. There are large double doors that open on to a picket fenced terrace equipped with seating overlooking the green. There is no raised stage in the hall, but hired structures can be brought in with prior arrangement. The floor on the hall is wooden, making it ideal for any event whether it be an exhibition, party, club or business conference.

The main hall is equipped with a large kitchen suitable for food preparation and serving, directly to the hall through a wide serving hatch. The kitchen is professional equipped with a large range and oven, under the counter refrigerator, commercial dishwasher, microwave, freezer, hot beverage dispenser and is ideally suited for DIY or professional caterers. You or your caterers will feel right at home in our spacious and professionally equipped kitchen, which is included in your hire of the hall, as is the use of tables and chairs which are easily accessible from a storage area adjoining the main hall.

if you are planning a more select gathering, for up to thirty guests, the Oonagh Jeffrey Room may be just the space you are looking for. Comfortable seating, fully carpeted and with a view of the Green and the Church from the large, feature window, this is a room everyone loves to be in. With its own private kitchenette and china for tea and coffee, you will be able to serve hot and cold beverages and light refreshments with ease.

The complex can accommodate groups from 2 to 400 people. We have a range of facilities including meeting rooms, a sports hall and the church itself which can be used for larger conferences during the week. The Parish centre has fully equipped kitchen facilties as well as a coffee shop which is open Monday - Friday during term time.
The centre is also fully accessible.

PLEASE NOTE: The current maximum number permitted in the hall is 75.

We provide 75 chairs and 12 tables.
For a sit down event at tables, 60 is the most you could accommodate and 50 would be more comfortable.

The dimensions are just under 9m x 9m. The hall is not large enough for bouncy castles or other inflatables and we do not permit these for parties on the grass outside either.

There is a small modern kitchen for serving teas and coffees with microwave, hob and oven for heating pre-prepared food and a fridge. Hirers need to bring their own crockery and cutlery, although there are mugs and cups and saucers.

The hall comprises three light and spacious halls (a large central hall and 2 smaller halls) which can be joined into one large area, hired individually or in any combination to suit your event, hosting a maximum of 200 people. Excellent kitchen facilities are available if needed.

The Hall comprises of a main hall to seat 250 people with a further 31 on the balcony. There is also a side room for serving refreshments, and full changing facilities for productions.

The Large Hall measures 12.5m x 7.0m with a ceiling height of 3.4m. The centre is equipped with tables and chairs included in the hire charges. There is a fully fitted kitchen with two ovens, a small under-unit fridge, microwave and a dishwasher.

The Oglethorpe Hall is 7m x 7.5m

The Caudle Hall includes retractable tiered seating, a 5m wide projection screen and built in projector, stage lighting and a PA system along with a portable stage facility.
There is a seating capacity in theatre style of 206 seats. For weddings and other receptions, the Caudle Hall can be arranged to accommodate 120 guests in banqueting style using 1.8m round tables with space for disco and dancing. Alternatively, 180 guests can be accommodated in refectory style (1.8m long x .76m wide rectangular tables). Other table plans can be accommodated.

The Wyatt Room can be used as a meeting room or an activity space for smaller groups and can also be opened up into the light and airy foyer to become a reception area for special events being held in the Caudle Hall.

The Oglethorpe Hall is a self-contained room with its own kitchenette and disabled access toilet and is an ideal space for meetings or smaller groups. The hall has its own projector screen, whiteboard and flip chart easel.
