1. The Hall has two entrances – steps at the front and a ramped entrance at the back.
2. The Hall is 17m x 7m and has seating for 100 people or 80 if a band is used.
3. There are 16 x 6ft tables and 16 x 3ft tables and options for round tables and an oval table.
4. The kitchen is fully equipped for all types of events with a serving hatch into the main hall.
5. There is sufficient crockery etc for 100 people which is usually included in hire costs.
6. Toilets for all are also accessed from the entrance hall including a fully accessible one.
7. The hall boasts a beautiful oak floor – perfect for dancing at a wedding!
8. There is a de-mountable stage 5m x 3m and curtains at the far end of the hall.
9. There is easy access to the storage room for chairs and tables which is usually included in hire costs.
10. There is a balcony at the rear with glass panels providing an uninterrupted view so that you can sit there and look at the beautiful surroundings.
11. There is parking on site for 20-25 cars including 4 designated blue badge spaces.

The Village Hall Car Park is shared with the Wotton Hatch Public House.

There are five spaces available, ranging from the Main Hall (15m x 9.4m) to a meeting room (4.5m x 4m)

MAIN HALL: The dimensions are 33ft. (10m) x 64ft. (19.4m) x 25ft. (7.8m) ceiling height. The high ceiling of the hall accommodates indoor sporting activities and there is ample space for a bouncy castle. The beech floor is suitable for dancing activities as well as exercise classes.
Capacity: The hall which is centrally heated, accommodates up to 270 people standing, 200 seated theatre style and up to 150 seated at tables.
Raised stage: There is a raised stage with curtains 33ft. (10m) x 15ft. (4.6m).

CHARLES WATTS ROOM: 23ft (7m) x 23ft (7m). Ideal for meetings, small parties and exercise classes.
Seating: The room seats 30 people at tables or 50 seated in a theatre-style. It has its own furniture store with rectangular large and small tables with a set of chairs.

Fully refurbished in 2021 we have a fitted semi-commercial powder coated stainless steel kitchen that comes with a full range of commercial appliances, crockery, glassware and cutlery. Please note that none of the equipment is available for off-site hire.
Crockery and cutlery: White china, cutlery and glassware catering for 150 people.
Appliances: There is a six-burner commercial gas cooker & extractor, commercial dishwasher, stainless steel fridge/freezer, an electric heated trolley/plate warmer and a microwave. There is also a Lincat wall mounted hot water dispenser.
A medium double-doored chiller cabinet is situated in the hall, which comes with the hire – if required.

In 2022 Air Sourced Heat Pumps (ASHPs) and central heating radiators were installed throughout the building. The system is preset to a comfortable 18 degrees and can be adjusted by hirers to meet their needs. We can also program the system remotely so that the venue is at the temperature you require for your hire.

The main hall is about 51' x 20', excluding the stage. The Nugent Room is about 25' x 20'.

There are chairs for seating 100 with tables of two sizes available for seating 4 or 8.
