The Pyrford War Memorial Hall offers for hire the following facilities:

A large hall with a sprung wooden floor and wall bars, a stage, changing rooms and a large fitted kitchen.
The capacity of the hall is estimated at 150 people seated or 100 if seated at tables.
Tables and Chairs are all inclusive in the Hire Charge.

A large committee room with an estimated capacity of 50 people seated or 30 if seated at tables.
Tables and Chairs are all inclusive in the Hire Charge.

Ample free parking on site is available.

Ron Boarer Main Hall
The Main Hall is19.8m long by 7.8m wide (65’ x 25’)•Height is 4.0m (13’) with a restriction to 3.5m (11.5’) along the sides extending 0.5m (1.6’) from the wall.
It has access via double-doors to the garden area behind the hall
There is a serving hatch to the Kitchen with a powered roller shutter - This closes automatically if fire or smoke is detected anywhere in the building so the area below it must be kept clear at all times.
Dimmable LED Lighting
4-speaker audio system for connecting a music player using a standard 3.5mm headphone socket
2 Hand-held radio microphones available on request at the time of booking (additional deposit payable)
Induction Hearing Loop for use with radio microphones on request at the time of booking (additional deposit payable).

Garden
The Garden is approximately 30m x 30m and is fenced on all sides.
It is directly accessible from the Main Hall rear doors via an accessible ramp
It has a paved area for Barbecues.
There are two fixed floodlights & a sensor PIR light providing limited lighting for evening events.
Two power points are provided.
Pedestrian and vehicle entrances from the car park.
Please note that the ground is uneven in places.

Middle Hall
The Middle Hall is 7.4m by 5.8m (24’ x 19’)
Height is 2.5m

Car Park
MVH has its own, limited off-street parking which is privately owned and for the use of MVH hirers, Bowls Club & visitors to the children’s playground only.It is not a public car park.
There is one marked disabled bay at the front of the hall with ramped access to the building.
The car park contains a covered cycle rack for 10 bikes.
The Car Park capacity is around 36 cars and can quickly become full especially during the summer months. Please consider sharing cars when attending events.If the car park is full then use the overflow parking area in the garden area behind the hall if ground conditions permit.
Do not park on any of the grass verges on the opposite side of Saunders Lane, these are the private property of our neighbours. Do not obstruct access or sight lines to our neighbours’ driveways. Do not obstruct the path such that wheelchairs or prams would be forced out into the road.
The car park is covered by CCTV 24 hours a day.
Parking is at owner’s risk. MVH accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.

The Main Hall
The main hall is approximately 51' x 20' plus a stage at the south end.

The Nugent Room
The Nugent Room is approximately 20' x 25'. It can be divided into two. It has separate exterior doors to the front and the car park at the rear. It also has internal access to the main hall via the stage.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is available for use by hirers of the main hall. It is well equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The kitchen has its own separate exterior door to the car park. There is a serving hatch between the kitchen and the main hall.

The Car Park
There is a reasonably sized car park which immediately adjoins the hall on three sides.

Weybourne Village Hall is a community space with a spacious hall, fully equipped kitchen, toilet facilities, enclosed garden and private car park.

Main Hall
With a good size storage room and stage, plus exit to an outside garden, the large hall has a newly laid floor and suits a variety of activity groups.

Chairs and tables (adult and children’s sizes) are available to use from the storage room.

Kitchen
We have a fully equipped kitchen, with gas cooker, electric oven, refrigerator with ice compartment, sink and several electric points. Mugs, cups and saucers, tea pots and a tea urn are available.

Garden
Access to an enclosed garden is from the main hall and a gate from the front of the hall.

For additional recreational areas, the hall shares access with Weybourne Recreation Ground featuring a large playing area and playground, and a Nature Reserve.

Memorial Garden
Weybourne Hall proudly hosts a service in our memorial garden on Remembrance Sunday each year starting at 16.00 hours to which everyone is invited.

The Lutyens Hall
Tilford Village Hall’s largest hiring space. The Lutyens Hall hosts events of up to 80 attendees. With a large, fully functional kitchen attached this space offers a great opportunity for large parties from birthdays to weddings, perfect for those larger affairs.

The Centenary Hall
The Centenary Room offers a slightly smaller space for more intimate events. Attached to this room is a hidden small kitchen, making this space perfect for smaller lunches, afternoon teas or children’s birthday parties.

The Green Room
The most intimate of spaces that the Tilford Village Hall has to offer, the Green Room is attached to the stage space in the Lutyens Hall. The Green Room makes a perfect addition to hiring the Lutyens Hall if you are utilising the stage space.

With a large Main hall and separate smaller North hall, fully equipped kitchen and spacious lawned garden to the rear which backs onto Thursley National Nature Reserve, the Hall is a great venue available to hire for events from wedding receptions (with space for erecting a marquee in the garden) to Brownies/Cub Scouts sleepover weekends and all points inbetween.

The Hall consists of a substantial Main Hall (which can be divided into two by folding doors) and a smaller, carpeted North Hall, along with a well-equipped kitchen. To the rear of the building is a lawn (140’ x 50’) which is ideal for a marquee (up to 74’ x 34’).

The safe capacity for events inside the hall (entire building) is 120 people, and for events which include the outside, the safe capacity is 250.

The Hall is wheelchair friendly, with entry ramps and disabled parking and toilets.

We have a Bar & Entertainments licence, which enables us to sell alcohol and host live entertainment.

The Sands Room
Fabulous village hall with it’s own large garden for hire in the pretty village of The Sands near Farnham. Perfect for community events, art and exercise classes and parties.

The Sands Room sits in its own gardens adjacent to the Sands Recreation Ground and consists of a large hall with small stage area (16.75m x 6m total), two ancillary rooms, kitchen, lavatories and storage room. There is limited parking on-site, though on street parking is available, plus parking is also available in the British Legion's car park on weekdays only.

Our rooms are bright and spacious suitable for group activities, events and parties. We have kitchen facilities too.
