POST: Operations Manager
HOURS: Full time (36 hours per week, worked flexibly)
TERM: Permanent
SALARY: £30, 000 – £32, 000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
LOCATION: Either homebased with some travel within Surrey or office based at our office in Burpham.

Surrey Coalition has grown quickly over the last few years, both in terms of the quantity and breadth of the work that we are engaged in. Over the last year Board Directors, members, staff and volunteers have been involved in co-designing a new organisational strategy. The Board of Directors are keen to invest in the infrastructure of the organisation to ensure that our growth is sustainable, and that we can finalise and deliver our new strategy.

The Operations Manager will work very closely with the Chief Executive, and will have oversight across the whole organisation, with specific responsibility for the line management of a number of the team leads working in different areas of the organisation and a defined set of projects.

The Operations Manager will be expected to deputise for the Chief Executive and any of the Team Leads when required. This creates a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their strategic leadership skills and experience, whilst still being able to roll up their sleeves and get stuck-in when required.

We are looking for a confident, highly organised, experienced manager with excellent project and service management skills.
