Our trustees are responsible for overseeing the governance of the charity. They have a duty to ensure compliance along with a duty of care and prudence. Training and mentoring can be provided.
- Trustees meet, formally, four times a year, plus our AGM which is held towards the end of each year.

- We have a small staff team of seven who all work from home across the County and we meet regularly. We are a small but busy and worthwhile charity based across Surrey and provide a range of mediation & support coaching services for those suffering conflicts in their lives; free for the residents of Surrey. We use trained and accredited local volunteer mediators & support coaches. Specialising in resolving & supporting those experiencing neighbour and family disputes, as well as victim support coaching.
- What skills do I need?
We are looking for trustees who are good networkers and are team players. Our trustees are hands on and get involved in business planning, funding strategy and implementation and risk assessments. This is a great opportunity to expand on your business skills and gain experience of decision making at Board level. We would also welcome applications from those with marketing and/or PR skills so that we can grow our online presence.
