You’ll report directly into our Registered Manager who oversees the full residential and supported living services that we offer, to ensure the delivery of a person centred, efficient, responsive and high-quality service for the people we support. You’ll need to ensure that standards are maintained, and our compliance responsibilities are met. You’ll already have a good understanding of supporting adults with learning and/or physical disabilities, safeguarding responsibilities and CQC requirements.
We provide accommodation and care for 16 adults with low to medium learning disabilities, with ages ranging from 20 – 80 and you’ll be providing leadership and support to our fantastic staff team of 30. Whilst this is currently a residential care unit, we are looking for someone with an understanding of supported living approaches to enhance our support offer.

As a Team Leader you’ll need to be an expert communicator, regularly liaising and working closely with others across The Grange, motivating your team and driving standards, all the while ensuring that everyone is treated with dignity and respect and that we meet their needs and aspirations.
