We are looking for full time Support Workers to join our wonderful team here at The Grange at Bookham supporting adults with learning disabilities. We have a small group living community onsite with predominantly female residents who require support to live as independently as possible, including support with personal care.

We are looking for full time Support Workers to join our wonderful team here at The Grange at Bookham supporting adults with learning disabilities. We have a small group living community onsite with predominantly female residents who require support to live as independently as possible, including support with personal care.

As a Support Worker you’ll need to have natural empathy, great people skills and a positive approach, ensuring that everyone is treated with dignity and respect and that we meet their needs and aspirations.

Hours
37 hours per week, rota agreed in advance and will ideally include alternate weekends. Early shifts start at 7.30am and late shifts finish at 9.30pm.

Salary
£23,307 per annum to £24,394 per annum depending on qualification level.
