We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. The Operations Manager will be a key role, reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for managing and coordinating office management, training & resource, policies & compliance, systems management and Board support.

The work will be interesting and varied, and you will work across all our services to provide operational support (please see the Job description for more details).
You will need to have previous experience of working in an operations role; demonstrate strong organisation skills and attention to detail; be a good problem solver who can look for solutions/ideas for improving current process and procedure. You will be excellent at talking to people and building relationships both internally and externally with suppliers. You will need to be proactive, responsive and able to prioritise/manage your own workload.

The role is part time 22.5 hours (we are open to a flexible working pattern). The role may require some travel across Surrey to attend meetings or events, mainly on weekdays, but occasionally at weekends and in the evening. You will need to be able to organise transport to do this.
