MAN&BOY are seeking someone who shares our belief that when positive role models are actively present; children, families, and communities thrive.

We are looking for someone who understands the multitude of challenges that could be facing young boys, their fathers or other male role model and their wider families. They will be an excellent people person, that is able to use their extensive and flexible interpersonal skills to encourage and support our beneficiaries to engage in the programme.

They will have strong organisational skills that they will use to plan and design our programmes, whilst also leading and developing our volunteer team, to deliver our impactful intervention to men and boys. In addition, they will use their strong network skills to grow our recruitment funnel through engagement and growth of our referral partner network.

This role does require weekend and occasional evening working, on an approximate 80:20 ratio. There is flexibility for some home working with a minimum expectation to be office based at least 3 days a week.
Job Purpose:
• Plan, develop and deliver our programme of activity camps and relationship building courses.
• Support our referral/beneficiary families throughout their journey with MAN&BOY.
• Actively connect, engage and grow our network of referral agencies.
• Lead, grow, develop and support the MAN&BOY volunteer team.
• Maintain accurate records of our beneficiaries, to enable quality impact reporting.

About us:
MAN&BOY is a UK based children’s charity that helps support boys who are struggling and would benefit from developing a deeper relationship with a significant male from their family. Our relationship building programme offers a series of activities designed to strengthen the relationship between Man & Boy, creating a foundation that is beneficial for the whole family unit. We currently support families across South-West London and Surrey.
