Chobham Care is based at the Community Centre and offers practical short-term help for anyone living in Chobham. Here are some of the services we offer:
Transport to & from appointments such as hospital/doctors/dentist/chiropodist
Collecting prescriptions
Home visits to just sit and chat over a cup of tea
Help with letter writing / form filling
Emergency help
We need volunteer drivers and people willing to answer the phone in the Community Centre. You don't need to make a regular commitment, occasional help is always welcome.
