Surrey Community Action is inviting community spirited residents in Jacobs Well and Worplesdon to drop into a coffee morning on Monday 17 March between 10.00-11.30am at Jacobs Well Village Hall, (Jacobs Well Rd, Jacobs Well, Guildford GU4 7PD) to find out more about volunteering for their local good neighbour scheme.
Fairwood Helpers, which provides transport for people who would struggle to get to medical appointments or to get shopping, are looking to extend their service into the Jacobs Well area but need local people to join them as duty officers and drivers.
