Ottershaw Village Hall is a charming, traditional, small village hall, serving the community of Ottershaw and surrounding areas. The hall is a registered charity managed by a committee of volunteers drawn from the community. A part time administrator is employed to manage the day to day running of the hall.
Ottershaw Village Hall is self supporting relying on hirings to provide income
The Hall provides a valuable focus for local groups, clubs, societies and social gatherings. It enjoys the patronage of many regular users, as well as being available for private hire. It is ideal for children’s parties, amateur dramatics and as a venue for talks, classes, meetings and presentations.
Ottershaw Village Hall is situated on the north side of Brox Road at the junction with Murray Road, Ottershaw, close to the A320 Ottershaw roundabout.

Main Brook Hall:
The overall dimensions are approximately 33′ by 24′ (10m x 7.5m ).
The maximum usable height of Brook Hall is 11′ 0” ( 3.3m ) – which may be particularly relevant for those wanting to use ‘bouncy castles’.
The Runnymede meeting room:
The overall dimensions are 22′ by 14′ 5″ ( 6.7m x 4.4m )
The maximum licensed capacity of the main Brook Hall is 150 people.
The hall is able to seat 100 people in rows of 10, for performances, shows and entertainment.
When using tables, the practical maximum seating capacity around the tables is approximately 80.
The main Brook Hall has traditional polished wood block flooring on a solid foundation and a raised stage, with backstage area.
Kitchen facilities including hob, double oven, double sink, glasses, crockery and cutlery, fridge and freezer are available.
Tables and chairs are available for users.
Heating is provided by high output gas heaters in the main hall and by electric heaters elsewhere
Free parking for over 40 cars is available in an adjacent local authority car park.
