Ron Boarer Main Hall
The Main Hall is19.8m long by 7.8m wide (65’ x 25’)•Height is 4.0m (13’) with a restriction to 3.5m (11.5’) along the sides extending 0.5m (1.6’) from the wall.
It has access via double-doors to the garden area behind the hall
There is a serving hatch to the Kitchen with a powered roller shutter - This closes automatically if fire or smoke is detected anywhere in the building so the area below it must be kept clear at all times.
Dimmable LED Lighting
4-speaker audio system for connecting a music player using a standard 3.5mm headphone socket
2 Hand-held radio microphones available on request at the time of booking (additional deposit payable)
Induction Hearing Loop for use with radio microphones on request at the time of booking (additional deposit payable).

Garden
The Garden is approximately 30m x 30m and is fenced on all sides.
It is directly accessible from the Main Hall rear doors via an accessible ramp
It has a paved area for Barbecues.
There are two fixed floodlights & a sensor PIR light providing limited lighting for evening events.
Two power points are provided.
Pedestrian and vehicle entrances from the car park.
Please note that the ground is uneven in places.
Middle Hall
The Middle Hall is 7.4m by 5.8m (24’ x 19’)
Height is 2.5m

Car Park
MVH has its own, limited off-street parking which is privately owned and for the use of MVH hirers, Bowls Club & visitors to the children’s playground only.It is not a public car park.
There is one marked disabled bay at the front of the hall with ramped access to the building.
The car park contains a covered cycle rack for 10 bikes.
The Car Park capacity is around 36 cars and can quickly become full especially during the summer months. Please consider sharing cars when attending events.If the car park is full then use the overflow parking area in the garden area behind the hall if ground conditions permit.
Do not park on any of the grass verges on the opposite side of Saunders Lane, these are the private property of our neighbours. Do not obstruct access or sight lines to our neighbours’ driveways. Do not obstruct the path such that wheelchairs or prams would be forced out into the road.
The car park is covered by CCTV 24 hours a day.
Parking is at owner’s risk. MVH accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
