Lower Green Community Centre

The Centre is available for regular or one-off hires. It has excellent facilities for children’s parties, exercise classes and other activities and events. The building is bright and clean with a hall and a cafe area with sliding doors that can be opened to create a welcoming space for up to 80 people.

The hall has an enclosed outside play area which makes it ideal for children’s parties. Soft play equipment including a ball pit and other toys are available to hire for a small charge.

The Centre has a small kitchen and a fully equipped catering kitchen together with an office / small meeting room that is available to hire. A music practice room is also available to book.

The Centre is located in Farm Road at the rear of Sandown Park Racecourse. It is adjacent to the Lower Green recreation ground and children’s playground and has a large free car park.
