Horsell Village Hall

Main Hall (dimensions 16 x 8 metres)

The main hall has seating capacity for about 120+ people combined with an elevated stage that can be used for large meetings, dancing, wedding receptions, social events, children’s parties, concerts and drama productions. The stage is fully equipped with production lighting, a sound system and a piano.
There is also a large 10'x7' screen and overhead projector which can be used in conjunction with a PC.

Lower Hall (dimensions 9 x 8 metres)

This smaller hall has seating capacity for about 30 people and has a small kitchenette with microwave oven and facilities for hot drinks. Access to the hall is by staircase directly off the main entrance.

Bedser Meeting Rooms A & B (total dimensions 8 x 5 metres)

This is a quiet area at the rear of the building and is ideal for smaller gatherings. The main room can be divided into two creating separate rooms A and B if required and is ideal for smaller groups, meetings, seminars, clubs and changing rooms for stage productions. There is direct access to the main kitchen and adjacent toilets.

Kitchen

There is a large fully equipped modern kitchen with facilities for food handling and preparation which has direct access to the main hall with serving counter and external door for direct delivery.

The kitchen equipment includes a large modern cooker, plate warmer, fridge, dish washer and water heater. There is a range of utensils and a limited supply of crockery available for use.
