Our meeting rooms boast a large screen, a camera, speakers and microphones – all the kit you need to run hybrid face-to-face-to-screen meetings. Whether you use Teams or Zoom, all you need is your laptop; the systems are designed to plug and go.
Astolat offers accessible rooms, with disabled toilets on both floors. All meeting rooms have a hearing loop system and lower level glide rails enabling people in wheelchairs to access whiteboards and flip charts. There is lift access to the first floor for people with limited mobility and manual wheelchair users. Ground floor meeting rooms and the counselling room are fully wheelchair accessible, although the first floor meeting room is not available to electric wheelchair users due to the size of the lift.
Rooms are available to hire seven days a week, during the day and evenings. Refreshments and additional catering can be arranged.
Astolat is located in Burpham, near Guildford, just 3 minutes from the A3 and only 10 minutes by taxi and 20 minutes by public transport from Guildford station. There is free parking and a bike rack available on site.
