Administrator Rehab Team
Pay: £10.00ph, 20 hours per week, work from home or in office, 9am-1pm, 10am-2pm – Closing date 13th June.
This is a new role, supporting those affected by an acquired brain injury (ABI), their families and health and social professionals to access Headway Surrey. The main purpose of the role is to be the first point of contact (telephone, letter or email) with Headway Surrey into our range of services. For the right applicant, there may be future opportunities for extra training and learning new skills.
We will provide an induction program into our services and brain injury.
You will need to be able to communicate well with a wide range of people across the county of Surrey, understand their needs and facilitate the next step into our support services. You may receive calls from people in distress, so the ability to keep them calm whilst you arrange for a member of the team to talk to them is important. You may receive calls from those with brain injury, with speaking problems or memory problems, so a patient and caring attitude is important. Above all you must be able to collect information from the caller and update our CRM and pass to the Rehab Team.
