Development Services
We provide facilitated Team Building and Goal Setting events for organisations and teams, and one-to-one coaching/mentoring and action learning sets for individuals.

Who the Programme is for
The programme is designed to meet the skill and personal development needs of staff at all levels in all types of organisation and is also open to volunteers and trustees working in the voluntary sector.

Who the trainers are
We use freelance professional trainers chosen for their expertise in their particular topic.

Where the courses are held
Courses are held in local venues in different locations across Surrey. We also offer in-house training for individual organisations at a venue of their choice.

Payment must be made at the time of booking. Where an invoice is required please allow time for the payment to be received before the date of the course.

Cancellation conditions
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 10 working days before the start of the course and apply whether payment has been received or not. No refund is available on cancellations made within 10 working days before the course starts. SCA Training will take the necessary steps to recover any monies not received in the event of cancellation within the 10 day period. Cancellations received more than 10 days before the start of the course will be charged a £15 administration fee.

Bursaries
Bursaries may be available for charities and voluntary organisations for use towards the cost of training course fees. Availability will depend on adequate funding being available at the time. Bursaries are only available to charities, community groups and other voluntary organisations in Surrey. The level of bursary and eligibility criteria are shown below.

Organisations with total income up to £100,000
£30 per person per day for a half day course
£45 per person per day for a full day course
£70 per person per day for a two day course
£100 per person per day for a three day course

Organisations with total income £100,000-£250,000
£15 per person per day for a half day course
£25 per person per day for a full day course
£40 per person per day for a two day course
£60 per person per day for a three day course
