Woking Mental Health Resource Centre Ltd (“CornerHouse”) is a registered charity No. 1114649, providing mental health services in Woking, Runnymede and Spelthorne.

As part of the Vulnerable Persons Relocation Scheme, CornerHouse has been commissioned to provide mental health support services for Syrian Refugee families being resettled in Woking.

Key tasks and responsibilities include, supporting the Woking borough teams in assessment of individual’s mental health needs, planning and delivering a range of 1:1 and group mental health support activities, engaging families in support services and providing advice, guidance and signposting.

Considerable experience of working with people with mental health needs is essential for this post as well as being a fluent Arabic speaker.

Ability to be flexible with working hours necessary as ad hoc meetings outside of core hours will occasionally be required.
