ACRE's Village Halls Information and Advice Service

ACRE's Village Halls Information and Advice Service manages a £700,000 loan fund on behalf of the Countryside Agency. This fund can be a useful ingredient in constructing a funding package. It can be used for a short term bridging loan or for long term planning. The interest rate is set by the treasury on loans up to ten years, usually at a competitive rate. New loans can be repaid either quarterly or yearly, the former method reducing the interest charges payable by the hall. For further information visit the ACRE website via the link on the right.
