The Communities Team is the Rural Community Council for Surrey, one of 38 Rural Community Councils nationally, with expertise in rural community development.  
 
   
What is our aim?
Our primary aim is to work with communities to enhance the quality of life for people in Surrey.

• How do we achieve this?
• By offering expertise to support communities in identifying their own needs and taking action
• By supporting the development of new community projects and groups
• By developing the skills of individuals and groups to take action and a leading role in their community
