Supporting Communities - Voluntary and Community Services - Community Development Team

    
   
The Communities Development Team was established at Surrey Community Action in March 2008 and comprises of 4 projects benefitting individuals from minority groups across Surrey.
  
 
The four projects are:  
Travellers in Surrey - Working Together in the Community funded by the Big Lottery from 2008-2013
 
 
     
Gypsy & Traveller Floating Support Service funded by Supporting People through Surrey County Council until March 2012  
 
     
Community Champions funded by Surrey NHS
