Thanks to funding from Scottish Power, Surrey Community Action is helping people living in fuel poverty across Surrey to access free information and advice to spend less on energy bills and keep their homes warm and healthy.
We are running free sessions for groups of parents and carers as children are particularly affected by a poorly heated home. Our sessions help people to better understand their fuel bills and equip them with the skills to find the best deals. We also demonstrate cost-effective, practical solutions to keeping a house warm in a fun, engaging way.
If you work with parents and would like to talk to us about running a free advice session, please contact Claire Dawson, Warmth Matters Project Officer, for more information on 01483 447 135.
